How To Send Your Arena Footing Sample

Help us recommend the right solution for your arena. Every arena is different, and sending a sample allows the Kiser Arenas team to evaluate your footing material and recommend the most effective dust control or surface solution.

Step 1: Collect Your Sample
Use a clean plastic bag or small container.  Collect footing from 3–5 different areas of your arena including the center, corners, and high-traffic zones.  Scoop only from the top riding layer and combine into one mixed sample.

Step 2: Sample Size
Send approximately 2–3 cups of material.  The sample should be dry or slightly damp, not muddy or saturated.

Step 3: Label Your Sample
Clearly label the bag or container with your name, facility name, city and state, and a contact phone number.

Step 4: Include Arena Information
Please include whether the arena is indoor or outdoor, approximate arena size, primary use, current dust concerns, and any products currently being used.

Step 5: Ship Your Sample

Use a padded envelope or small box to prevent damage during shipping.
